Poster Session

Poster Guidelines

Each board will have 90cm x210cm of usable space. In addition to the board a sign indicating your paper number and push-pins will be provided.

Presenters should display the paper title and authors and affiliations on their poster. Please note that poster papers are not supplied with electricity or audiovisual equipment.

Poster Session Schedule & Set-up/Tear Down

Posters must stay up the entire session time, as attendees will be visiting the posters during the entire session period. If a poster is removed before the conclusion of the session it may be considered not presented and will not be indexed in programs. Authors should remain in the vicinity of their presentation board for the entire duration of the sessions to answer questions from attendees. Also, the presenting author should remain with the poster for the majority of the session time.

There are four (4) Poster Sessions for OPIC2018. All poster sessions are held in the Exhibit Hall A.

Authors should set-up their posters during the times listed below, for the corresponding session. All presenters must remove their posters at the conclusion of the session. Management will remove and discard any remaining posters after the time listed below.
