Poster Guidelines
On-site Presentation
A 210cm (H) x 90cm (W) bulletin board, a sign indicating your paper number, and push-pins will be provided in the Exhibition Hall A. Poster presenters should post their presentations on their assigned boards on the day of their conference poster session.
Please note that Poster Presenters will not be allowed to set-up their posters prior to
the Exhibit opening at 10:00.
Presenters are expected to be by their boards during their assigned poster session:
Wednesday, 19 April | 10:30-12:00 | OPTM, SPIE FST |

Posters must be removed from boards at the end of their poster session.
●Your poster should include:
– The paper title and all authors at the top of the poster
A brief introduction, goals, experimental detail, conclusions, and references, presented in a logical and clear sequence – Explanation for each graph, picture, and table
●File type/size, Fonts, and Color:
– Use easily-read type. Suggested minimum font sizes:
Title: 36 point type
List of authors: 25 point type
Body copy should be double-spaced text: 15 point type
– Choose your color to provide strong contrast and avoid pairing red and green elements to assist those with red-green color blindness
